Owning land in Second Life cost linden dollars and even if you are just renting land, like me, it will still cost linden dollars. That is why I’m always looking for ways of earning or making linden dollars to help pay off my monthly rental fees. I stumbled upon this website today while searching for more information about content theft in Second Life. This particular website features and sell a program named Inventory Backup. It uses the term backup but it’s actually nothing more than a copybot program because a true backup tool will only allow you to make backup copies of content you created.

One of the selling point made by this particular program is that it is legal and was approved by Linden Lab’s legal team. Now, the funny part is if it’s legal and approved by Linden Lab then why is there a sign in there in-world store saying something about a dispute with Second Life? Makes you think otherwise eh? I have not posted anything about camping in Second Life for many months because , 1. I don’t camp for Linden Dollars anymore and 2. there is a new policy about camping, bots and gaming traffic but still there are many places that offers camping. One of this place is 55 Creations Camp Equipment which is a shop that sells camping equipments. They have camping dance pads, camping beach towels and all sorts of equipments for camping.

Greenlife Emerald Viewer’s latest update introduced new features like being able to back-up your scripts and notecards, expanded avatar attachment points, built-in animation overrider or AO, enhanced physics on avatar breasts a.k.a. bouncing boobs, etc. These are all great, useful and functional features but the most controversial (if we can call it like that) is the bouncing boobs effect especially on female avatars.

Curious, I signed up for a new account and created a female avatar. Logged in to Second Life using the Emerald Viewer and enabled the bouncing boobs effect. It kinda didn’t do anything so what I did is I enlarged the female avatar’s breast by sliding the breast size bar all the way to the right in appearance mode. Created 2 New Halloween Themed Custom Fishing Rods. I actually created them last week, I think, but I was too lazy to post them here. Ha ha ha! The two new custom fishing rods have pumpkin heads on them and I named them *KK* Pumpkin Heads Fishing Rod and *KK* Pumpkin Garden Fishing Rod. Both rods play an evil laughing sound and a creepy Happy Halloween sound.

Please note that these custom fishing rods are meant to be used together with 7Seas Invisible or Phantom Pro Rod. So, please make sure you have one before acquiring these custom fishing rods. You can get an official 7Seas Fishing Rod from any 7Seas Gear Vendor in-world or at 3 Stars and a Sun.

First time I tried Metaplace was when it was still in Alpha. Curious, I registered. Unlike, most Virtual Worlds like Second Life, Metaplace runs in your browser which eliminates the need to download and install a setup program but it does requires your browser has the Flash plugin installed which is almost a standard in todays browsers.

As expected my old account is no longer in the system so I registered a new one and went through the Newbie Tutorials. Hehehe! After that I started tinkering with the tools provided and worked on my very own place which I humbly named “My Most Humble Place” (Renamed it to Kabalyero’s Kingdom)!
