Kung Fu Training

9 Dragons is a martial arts mmorpg published by Acclaim and after a few months of not playing I decided to re-download and re-install the game. This time I created a new character in the Asura server. Asura is the PK server of 9 Dragons.

New characters don’t know any kind of kung fu and learning the basic ones was top on my list. Learning a new kung fu means you have to buy it from an NPC and train it. In order to get some gold to buy the kung fu skills I need, I did a few quests and killed a few spiders. Anyway, learning the 2 kung fus I need cost only 20 gold pieces each.

The kung fu skills I bought were Basic Punch and Basic Saber. After buying the skills you need to train them by sparring with some training dummies. Here is a short video of my Kung Fu training sessions with the dummies:

Remember that these are just basic kung fu skills. My character will be able to learn clan kung fu once I get accepted into the clan which is the Heaven Demon Clan.
