Recently, I started to create my own stuff in Second Life. It started as an experiment to learn how to create clothes for my avatar. I made a few undershirts and after a while I decided to try and sell them (cheap of course) just to get back some of the L$ I spent uploading the textures.
I spent almost an entire day searching for cheap vendor space. I found 2 cheap locations but decided to go with Pod Shop @ !Lake Lobo. The space was owned by Paul Lobo and cost 50 L$ a week. I rented it for 3 weeks and probably will continue renting it. 50 L$ is easy to get, just camp for a few and hours and you’ll get it.
Currently, I have the following items for sale:

I also opened an account at SLExchange, SLBoutique and SLSmart. I’ve already setup my shop @ SLExchange and SLSmart so you can also visit and buy my items from there too.
That’s not all, I’m also using the space I rented to market and promote my RL website design service. Now, the trick is getting people there and to letting them know about it.
