Again, I got very curious about this little tool and decided to shell out 2000 L$ for it but before I registered a bot and bought it I kinda pestered Thoys first with lots of questions. He was kind enough to answer them all. I also requested to be a reseller of SL Bot and he immediately sent me a vendor to put in my shop.Getting an SL Bot is very easy. Here is how:
- Find an SL Bot Vendor like the one in my shop at 3 Stars and a Sun.
- Make sure you are not in your main character. So, you must login into an alt and don’t forget to give it some money too.
- Touch the vendor and choose Register, wait a few seconds.
- It will ask you who the master of the bot will be. Just follow the instruction and you will be fine.
- After assigning a master, pay the vendor and your alt is registered as a bot.
- Next download the program or tool here (Thoys’ SL Bot 0.615).
- Install the program and login your bot’s SL account.
A list of commands and other instructions can be acquired from the vendor. If you need further assistance then just IM Thoys Pan and he will gladly help you out just like he helped me!

Yes SLeek is free and if you haven’t seen it I also have a post about SLeek and even AjaxLife titled Lightweight SL Clients.

Well I signed up with Thoy’s last night and downloaded the program and everything. And my bot never came. So then I went to the main site to technical assistance and still no response. 2000L is alot to pay out for something not to work and then you may get help and you may not.

Hi there, just IM Thoys Pan and he will surely assists you with the setup. Hundreds of people have purchased an SL Bot from him. In fact, I also bought one just to test it and a friend of mine also bought one out of curiosity and it does work. I just checked the sellers page today and it looks like there’s more than a thousand bots already purchased so if you experienced problems with then IM Thoys Pan even if he is offline. He will respond to you once he logs in. If you tell me your avatar’s name (the one who paid the vendor) then I can also inform him about it once I go online.

Yeah he just contacted me and I gave him the bot’s name. I know sat and waited and waited. I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling the program. So maybe now he can help me out. Thanks!

Ok everything worked out and now I officially have a bot. I even put the pandora script in so she can respond to folks. At first when she came she had some type of textures on her but it eventually wore off quickly. Thanks!

Great! I’m so happy for you. If you have friends that would like to get a bot too then maybe you can buy them at my shop at Scaramanga/80/240/66. I get a small amount of commission from it.
