Again, I got very curious about this little tool and decided to shell out 2000 L$ for it but before I registered a bot and bought it I kinda pestered Thoys first with lots of questions. He was kind enough to answer them all. I also requested to be a reseller of SL Bot and he immediately sent me a vendor to put in my shop.Getting an SL Bot is very easy. Here is how:
- Find an SL Bot Vendor like the one in my shop at 3 Stars and a Sun.
- Make sure you are not in your main character. So, you must login into an alt and don’t forget to give it some money too.
- Touch the vendor and choose Register, wait a few seconds.
- It will ask you who the master of the bot will be. Just follow the instruction and you will be fine.
- After assigning a master, pay the vendor and your alt is registered as a bot.
- Next download the program or tool here (Thoys’ SL Bot 0.615).
- Install the program and login your bot’s SL account.
A list of commands and other instructions can be acquired from the vendor. If you need further assistance then just IM Thoys Pan and he will gladly help you out just like he helped me!

Well I signed up with Thoy’s last night and downloaded the program and everything. And my bot never came. So then I went to the main site to technical assistance and still no response. 2000L is alot to pay out for something not to work and then you may get help and you may not.

Hi there, just IM Thoys Pan and he will surely assists you with the setup. Hundreds of people have purchased an SL Bot from him. In fact, I also bought one just to test it and a friend of mine also bought one out of curiosity and it does work. I just checked the sellers page today and it looks like there’s more than a thousand bots already purchased so if you experienced problems with then IM Thoys Pan even if he is offline. He will respond to you once he logs in. If you tell me your avatar’s name (the one who paid the vendor) then I can also inform him about it once I go online.

Yeah he just contacted me and I gave him the bot’s name. I know sat and waited and waited. I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling the program. So maybe now he can help me out. Thanks!

Ok everything worked out and now I officially have a bot. I even put the pandora script in so she can respond to folks. At first when she came she had some type of textures on her but it eventually wore off quickly. Thanks!

Great! I’m so happy for you. If you have friends that would like to get a bot too then maybe you can buy them at my shop at Scaramanga/80/240/66. I get a small amount of commission from it.

i have a little girl bot and i had trouble at first becuase i did not read it correctly ..this is very neat i will tell all my friend about this …thinking about another bot already once i get things right i brought the hud under my alt bot its not trandfere how do i use it if im the owner should i have brought it under my master name ?? anyone know ??

The whole thing seems a little foolish to me. Add a damn -multiple to the end of your second life shortcut command line which is supported by second life. Load up a client minimize it and load up another. Hell I have a shitty laptop with 64 megs shared video memory and I can run 6 clients this was simultaniously.

I got a bot but didn’t see a vendor. In any case, my bot stands funny, the commands don’t always work, for instance, follow comand, the hud really does not work well, no TP, no allot of hud commands, finding a place to camp is another problem, allot of camping systems have ways to block the use of your bot.
I also wanted to have 2 bot guards to stand guard at my new facility for veterans, it is not open yet but will be in a week. I need them to stand at attention.
Also, adding picks, joining groups, seems impossible, don’t know how. Maximilian Wozniak is my bot, if anyone has answers to this stuff let me know.

A little correction there. It’s not my bot. LOL! The creator, or should I say the developer, of this bot is Thoys Pan.
I tested this bot more than a year ago. It still works today but if there are any problems then it is best to contact the developer, Thoys Pan.
You should also check my new list of SL Bots because there are free bots which you can use.

Hi Kabalyero, I’ve recently got a Thoy brand bot! But i have some questions maybe you can help answer ( ive tried thoy.nl support, no response)
1. If a person is taking up a camping spot, and if I tell my bot to sit and just leave it there, will it auto-sit after the person is finished?
2. Is there some sort of time mechanism where I can tell my bot to sit by itself after a certain time and repeat it over and over? for example, sit for 10 minutes, get up for 5 then sit for 10 again, repeating.
Any help would be great
