Today, I visited the sim named Dune which was inspired by Frank Herbert’s Dune. It was a very quick visit because I had a bad experience with one of the “Architects of Dune”.
The good thing about my visit to Dune is that while searching for it I found another Dune inspired sim, the Dune Emporium.

Hi, Kabalyero! So sorry you were treated rudely! I am one of the admins for Dune Apocalypse and invite you for a guided tour by the Princess Galacia Sadow, the faction head of the House Corrino. I was laughing my head off at how you figured out how to use my landing pad and if nothing else, hope you can show me what you did!
The builders have worked long hours and may have been grumpy about visitors who didn’t read our request that you use some of the free costumes and “badges” to identify yourself as a visitor. (This is a common practice at role-playing sims, so admins have an easier time dealing with the very real problem of griefers.)
Please feel free to contact me for a tour and bring your camera! (I will not use voice however!)

Hi, Your friendly neighborhood Architect of Dune here. As Pay said, yes, we had worked long hours and the sim was opened prematurely. I apologize for what you viewed as rudeness on my part, however, racing around the desert in a dune buggy blinging all over while we were trying to complete last minute additions to the sim in preparation for the opening party did not thrill me…cameraman or not. Yes, as requested in the notecard you ignored, we do appreciate the wearing of the “observer” tag provided and the respect for the RP nature of the sim by dressing in costume, also provided, FREE. However, all details aside…my rudeness was a result of a culmination of things and is inexcuseable, please accept my apologies and personal invitation back to tour the sim, including the Highliner landing point.
Yours truly,
Sinji Itokawa
