Payment For January 5th, 2008 Survey

If you are a First Opinions Panel member and you completed the survey which was sent last January 5th, 2008 then I’m happy to say that Andy Evans just announced that payment is now available. To claim your payment, you must visit FOPs office at Tully Low and touch your corresponding payment kiosk to receive your 500L$.

The instruction on how to claim your payment is written on a big white sign (see photo). You have only 30 days to claim your payment. Payment ends February 10, 2008.
