Just a few hours ago, I was shocked to find this blog defaced by some people. I immediately informed BlueHost about it and they immediately restored my entire account to a previous backup. Yes, the restoration process made me lose a few post in some of my blogs but I guess that was the best way to correct what has been done to the blog.
BlueHost advised me to update my scripts and change my passwords which I did after the restoration. The restoration took only a few minutes.
Below are screenshots of what has been done to this blog.
It was a frustrating experience for me but I guess I should be thankful that I only lose 2 post from this blog. The post that I lost were; HodgePodge Mag’s Avatars Who Care and Camping and Free Hair. Now, I’ll just have to rewrite and re-post both of them, that is, if I can remember what I’ve written in them.

Ouch! Sorry that happened to you. Several months ago I had an entire server hacked, defaced, and then all domains on the server were redirected to just one URL (we’re talkin’ 250+ accounts). It’s always really great when that happens isn’t it?
By the way, after my business partner and I spent hours cleaning up the mess, fixing our server, and moving everyone to a new server I wrote a post on how to backup your blog… you may find it useful so you don’t lose posts should it ever happen again.

Thanks Katy, I’ve also installed two plugins that backs up wordpress on all my blogs. One backs up the database only while the other one backs up the entire blog.

Kabalyero, would you mind sharing those plugins with me? I’m interested in backing up my blog, even more so since your tragedy!

Sure, the plugins are: WordPress Database Backup and BackUpWordPress. The first one backs up only the DB the other one backs up the entire site.
