Are you familiar with Paid-To-Click websites? Paid-to-click websites pay their members a certain amount of cash, usually $0.01, for clicking on ads and it seems that there is now a version of it in Second Life. It works exactly the same but instead of paying with cash you are paid with linden dollars (L$) and the website that offers this kind of service or program is SL Pay. By the way, I’m not referring to SLPay.net. This SL Pay is different from SLPay.net (see screenshot).
To get started with SL Pay, the first thing you need to do is sign-up. There’s nothing complex about the sign-up process but just make sure you enter the correct name of your avatar because if not then you might not get your pay. After that just login and once you are in the members area just click on Paid Clicks to view the ads available. To earn linden dollars, you must click on those ads, wait a few seconds then close it. You will be paid 1L$ per ad clicked or visited.
Unfortunately, I’ve only earned 4L$ from SL Pay since there isn’t that many ads to click just yet. This could be because it’s still new and they are still working on getting more advertisers to advertise with them. Anyway, I’m just trying it out. If it turns out to be good then I’ll continue using it but if not then I’ll drop it and move on.
