Today, I visited Sailing Empires. It is an empire under RPG Empires specially built for sea battles. It is made up of two sims which are all water except for a few land masses or islands. The main island is where the landing area is and it is also where you’ll find everything that you’ll need to know about Sailing Empires.

My exploration of Sailing Empires started at the landing area. There, I saw a lot of vendor spaces for rent. Many are already occupied but there are still some spaces available. So, if you are a Second Life merchant and would like to sell your items at Sailing Empires then please don’t hesitate to contact mikeD Streeter for information.

One thing that you’ll love about mikeD Streeter’s sims is that shop spaces or vendors are all located at the landing area. This is good for both merchants and shoppers. Shoppers don’t have to move or walk long distances to find what they’re looking for and merchants can be sure that their items for sale are easily found by shoppers.

I also saw that the entire main island is like a big port with ships docked around it. You can also rent a port space where you can dock your own ship for only a few linden dollars a week.

Anyway, Sailing Empires offers the following:

• ship rental (single or group)
• shopping for sailor or pirate gears/clothes/costumes/etc.
• sea battles (group)
• ship docking

The system they use for sea battle is called BERSERKEROPOLY. Don’t ask me how or what it is because I sure don’t know it either but if you are interested to learn more about it then just send a PM to Ix Hax. If I’m not mistaken, I believe she is the person in-charge of Sailing Empires.
