Today, I joined the King of Medieval England and his court in their raid of Scythia. I was in Medieval England to attend Tightline Kidd’s Fighting Class but I think I missed it. I then went home only to return back to Medieval England upon receiving a group notice addressed to the Knights, Squires and Paiges of the land. I’m not a Knight, I’m not a Squire and I’m also not a Paige in Medieval England (RP-wise) but I still went back there to see what the notice was about.
At Medieval England, I learned that the King is organizing a raiding party and that he plans to raid the land of Scythia. I’ve never been to Scythia so I decided to tag along. The was able to form a small party which includes Tightline Kidd, oldpainless Dagger, Craig Stallion and one or two others (sorry I kinda forgot your names).
The party raided the land of Scythia on horseback which kinda added more to the lag that I (and everyone) was experiencing. I’m not a hundred percent sure but I think Scythia is running on an Open Space Sim which makes it very laggy because open space sims are not meant to be used like a normal sim since it’s only using one CPU unlike a full sim that uses four CPUs.
As I’ve said, I’ve never been to Scythia and since it was my first time there I opted to just follow everyone where ever they go. The path that they took (which I followed) led us to what looked like a small arena. There, the party found its first victim. Afterwards, a Scythian General named BobCat Andel appeared out of nowhere followed by a Scythian Princess.
After a few lines of RP, combat started between the Scythians and the English raiders. Unfortunately, the Scythians were defeated quickly. It was because they were a little bit outnumbered. LOL! After that, the King led the party to a holy place in Scythia and Knigted Craig Stallion there. The Knighting ceremony was brief and it was witnessed by the entire party.
Afterwards, we rode around Scythia on our horses trampling everything that’s on our path. Tightline Kidd kinda wanted to burn something but no burning happened. The party disbanded at Scythia’s Graveyard where everyone said their goodbyes and went on their own paths.
The raid was very short and because there were only a few Scythian’s there combat ended as fast as it started. LOL! I guess the important thing about the raid is that everyone had fun. I know I did eventhough I didn’t do any fighting or RP. Well, I was busy taking snapshots. LOL!
So, if you are looking for great RP, combat and raids then just visit any RPG Empire sim like Medieval England.
