Fishing at Nippon (11/09/2008)

Today I was able to enter Nippon’s weekly 7Seas Fishing Contest. Fortunately, I wasn’t doing anything important which allowed me to spare sometime to go fishing. I don’t enter that many fishing contests these days because of my new real life work and the competition now is very tough. That’s why I just do most of my fishing at home. In fact, if you come visit my place, 3 Stars and a Sun, you’ll be able to get some 7Seas Fishes and Gears for FREE.

I was fortunate enough to take Second Place!

I went immediately to Nippon after getting the group notice. I was in such a haste that I was not able to change to my fishing outfit. I went there wearing my Gladiator outfit complete with DCS Meter and swords. The only thing I wore when I got there was my Phantom Fishing Rod and to make it more weirder, I drew my Hellfire sword and kinda used it like a fishing rod. So, I was in Nippon in my Gladiator outfit with my DCS meter and Roman tag active fishing with my Hellfire sword. LOL!

The fishing contest was for one hour and it’s unbaited. Unbaited means that fishers with Casual Rods can participate. It also means that fishing is much more harder because it’s unbaited and I won’t get any experience from my catches. I don’t like unbaited contests but the 500L$ prize is enough motivation for me to like it even for a brief moment. Ha ha ha!

At the end of the contest, I was fortunate enought to have gotten second place which is not bad since I was only two points behind the top winner and I did get 300L$ for it so no complaints here.

I stayed for a couple of minutes to take a snapshot of the contest board and of my avatar on the pier. One thing I forgot was to take a snapshot of my avatar fishing with my Hellfire sword. After taking the snapshots I immediately went home. Oh, I did give my thanks to the contest host after she gave me the prize for second place but I can’t remember if she responded to it. Oh well, it’s not really important. What’s important is that I got my 300L$ prize. He he he!
