[Medieval England], in celebration of the New Year, hosted a Historical Horseback Tournament. The tournament was sponsored by JTL Design and Armour Stalls. The prize is 200L$ and either a JTL Design weapon or a horse armor from Armour Stalls for the winner of each round. The more rounds a fighter win, the more prizes and money that fighter will receive.
It is a historical event because (as far as I know) it also celebrates the fact that Medieval England, together with JTL Design and Armour Stalls, introduced to the world of Second Life combat Horseback fighting.
The event was strictly an RP event and one of my friend’s guest got reprimanded by the king of England for going out of character. I, myself, don’t have a real ROLE in Medieval England. I am just someone who drops by from time to time to watch or observe (sometimes participate) but because Medieval England is an RP sim I had to create my own role and that was of a Peasant! LOL!
I was thinking of participating but it took me 30 minutes to rezz everything around me and I am also not sure if I was qualified to join since it did clearly said that it’s a strict RP event. So, I assumed that only official Paiges, Squires, Dames and Knights of Medieval England are qualified to join. Anyway, I’m glad I didn’t because I was experiencing some terrible lag and I’ll just be a FREE KILL to everyone else.
I left halfway through the tournament with most of the participants winning a round or two. My friends left afterwards and, according to Margareth, she and Bree enjoyed it very much! It was their first time to watch something like that and they liked it.

Snapshots!
Sorry if they’re just mostly snaps of me and my friends. LOL!
