A couple of days ago I got a group notice from [The Roman Empire] about an OOC Maypole Party in-front of the Roman Colosseum. What the heck is a Maypole? My curiosity made me teleport to The Roman Empire to see for myself. There, I saw in-front of the Colosseum, a group of people on a spinning Maypole but, unfortunately, that did not answer my question. According to Google a Maypole is a vertical pole or post decorated with streamers that can be held by dancers celebrating May Day. Hmmm… May Day? It’s only January!!! Ha ha ha!
Fun with a Maypole!
Anyway, it was an impromptu event. I guess the Empress got bored and decided to throw a Maypole party just for fun and, I can say just by looking at them, that they were having lots of fun with it.
The Empress invited me to join the craziness but spinning makes me dizzy so I declined the offer. LOL! Besides, taking snapshots of the craziness is much more fun. He he he!
Below are a few snapshots of the Maypole party. Those who joined the craziness are Becky Rickena, Nzingha Abeyante, Braden Tedeschi, Mystikal Vendetta, Ever Halostar and, the Empress herself, aaminah Shikami. Stew Franzzi was greatly overwhelmed by it all that he passed out and fell on the ground, unconscious. Poor guy!
