Thanks for dropping by. I blog about products or concepts that I find interesting and raising virtual pets like Petable Turtles is very interesting for me that is why I have to share it. I also like making stuff so this could open up new opportunities for myself as well. Being ignored is nothing new, besides, I find lurking in forums or chat groups more informative and less problematic. Ha ha ha!

Thanks for the write up!

Grim Hathor and I created the turtles primarily to have fun. We've worked together in the past on a few other projects, including the first incarnation of these pets back in 2006, like MJ pointed out.

I'm sorry that you weren't able to get help in the group chat; as MJ said, we do our absolute best to answer any and all questions, and we also have some awesome community members who help as well. I can't see the time on your edit, but my thought is that if it was during the daytime for the U.S., I very well could have been at work and Grim at class when you were asking for help. Unfortunately, we can't be online all the time (as much as we wish we could be)! Anyone who has any questions or problems can always directly IM either me or Grim, and we'll answer as soon as possible. If you still have questions, feel free to IM me and ask!

I'm Grim Hathor's RL wife and read your blog. Thank you so much for the kind words in the blog. I would like to add a couple of things.

1. To be clear, Petable Turtles was not designed to compete or put down Sion Chickens or any other same concept game out there (and there will be more). In fact, this concept was something they thought up 4 years ago and even started scripting and creating. However, both of them were at a very busy time in their RL lives and decided to scrap the project. However, they felt that they are now at a point where they (Grim & Matt) are able to devote the time needed for a project like this.

2. We apologize for your questions being unanswered in chat. Unfortunately, its hard for anyone to see but not only do they have the chat window open but they have several side chats going on as well. I have watched my husband over the last few days provide customer support to several people all at the same time. There is no excuse, however, I can assure you that you were not being ignored because they wanted to be mean. They are two wonderful guys that want to provide the best customer support/service that they possibly can.

Again, thank you for your kind words and I'll be sure to point this blog out to the creators of Petable Turtles.
