Metaplace said in their website that they were working on new stuff that is going be “redonkulous”! I have no idea what they meant about “redonkulous” but thanks to the Urban Dictionary I learned that “redonkulous” means: 1. significantly more absurd than ridiculous to an almost impossible, 2. fitted to excite absolute ridicule; intentionally crazy and silly; completely absurd and laughable, 3. something so out of control, so over the top that it takes ridiculous to the next level, 4. greater than ridiculous, 5. and a few more other definitions.
Well, a few days ago I learned that they have just released their very first Flash Game in Facebook and they named it Island Life. The game is a farming game where you plant crops and raise animals. If you are Facebook user then I am sure that you will be very familiar with this kind of game. Examples of which are Farmville, Farm Town, Country Life, Island Paradise, Farm Life and Islander.
Farmville was one of my favorite game in Facebook but that was before Island Life. Below are some screenshots of my island in Island Life.
My only problem with Island Life is that it is very, very slow but that could be my computer since I have a very old computer. Other than its slowness, I like everything about it.
Is this what Metaplace meant when they say that they were working on something “redonkulous”? I have no idea but I am looking forward to what they’ll cook up next.
