Yesterday, I received an invite to SocioTown’s beta test. امس ، تلقيت دعوة لاجراء الاختبار التجريبي للsociotown. SocioTown is a web based 3D Massively Multiplayer Online Social Game (MMOSG) developed by Outside The Box Software and since it’s web-based, it means that you play SocioTown in your browser. Sociotown هو واسع على شبكة الانترنت ثلاثية الابعاد الاجتماعية لعبة على الانترنت multiplayer (mmosg) وضعتها خارج الاطار منذ البرمجيات وانها على شبكة الانترنت ، وهو ما يعني ان تقومون به من sociotown في المتصفح الخاص بك. There is no client to download and install. لا يوجد أي عميل لتنزيل وتركيب. The game uses Adobe Shockwave Player which are already available in most browsers and, besides, you can always download and install the player, if your browser doesn’t have it, which is very small. اللعبة Shockwave لاعب يستخدم ادوبي التي هي متاحة بالفعل في معظم برامج التصفح ، والى جانب ذلك ، يمكنك دائما تنزيل وتثبيت اللاعب ، اذا كان متصفحك لا ، والذي هو صغير جدا.

After going through the character creation process which was very simple, I logged in and found my character in jail. وبعد المرور عبر عملية انشاء الطابع الذي كان في غاية البساطه ، انا وجدت في تسجيل طابع بلدي في السجن. I find it weird for a game like this to have newbies start in jail. أجد ان من العجيب لعبة مثل هذا ان يكون بداية newbies في السجن. While in jail, I had a series of conversation with some NPCs that eventually led to having my character named, my password set and my e-mail confirmed. اثناء وجوده في السجن ، كان لي مجموعة من الحديث مع بعض اللجان التحضيريه الوطنية التي ادت في نهاية المطاف الى بلدي بعد ان الطابع تسميته ، وكلمة السر الخاصة بي بي مجموعة البريد الالكتروني اكد. After that my character was set free. وبعد أن كانت ذات طابع بلدي مجموعة الحرة. It was just a case of mistaken identity. انه مجرد حالة من خطأ في تحديد الهوية.

Outside, I received an e-mail from my character’s sponsor. في الخارج ، وصلتني عن طريق البريد الالكتروني من بلدي احرف تقديمه. A sponsor is like an NPC assigned to assist you inside SocioTown. في تقديمه هو مثل المجلس الوطني للصحافه للمساعدة على أنك داخل sociotown. In the e-mail, he said that I needed to see him and he also gave instructions on how to find him. في البريد الالكتروني ، وقال : ان لي حاجة الى ان نرى له وقال انه اعطى تعليمات حول كيفية العثور عليه. Finding the location was not that hard but what is really annoying is the way you control or move your character. ايجاد مكان ليست مستعصيا الا ان ما يزعج حقا هو السبيل انت تتحكم في التحرك او الطابع الخاص بك. It’s point-and-click but the screen does not always shows you the correct viewing angle. ومن وجهة - ولكن - انقر على الشاشه ليست دائما يظهر لك زاويه العرض الصحيح. I still have to discover if there is another way of moving around SocioTown but if there are none then the unpredictable camera movement will definitely need a lot of getting use to. اننى ما زلت لاكتشاف اذا كان هناك ثمة طريقة اخرى لتحريك حول sociotown ولكن اذا كانت هناك ثم لا شيء يمكن التنبؤ بها حركة الكاميرا ستكون بالتأكيد بحاجة الى الكثير للوصول إلى استخدام.

At my sponsor’s place, he gave my character further instructions and information on how to play SocioTown. في بلدي مقدم الاقتراح ، وقال انه اعطى تعليمات اخرى ذات طابع بلدي ومعلومات عن كيفية القيام به sociotown. Basically, it’s about meeting new people, building a network of friends, and improving your relationship with each other. اساسا ، وهو الاجتماع عن الشعب الجديد ، وبناء شبكة من الاصدقاء ، وتحسين علاقتك مع بعضها البعض.

Other aspects of the game which I think are also important are completing missions and doing jobs. جوانب أخرى للعبة التي اعتقد انها هامة ايضا هي انجاز وظائف العمل والبعثات. My first mission was given to me by my character’s sponsor which involves sending a message to another NPC and lying to another NPC. بلدي وكانت البعثة الاولى التي اسندها بلادي في تقديمه للطابع الذي ينطوي على توجيه رسالة إلى المجلس الوطني للصحافه والكذب آخر الى اخر المجلس الوطني للصحافه. LOL! الضحك بصوت مرتفع! When I completed the mission, something surprising happened, my character LEVELED UP! عندما انتهيت من البعثة ، وهو ما حدث يثير الدهشه ، حتى استوي طابع بلدي! It went from Level 1 to Level 2. ومضت ابتداء من المستوى 1 الى المستوى 2. I really did not expect that because I did not see any indication that my character was gaining experience. انا حقا لم نكن نتوقع ان لأنني لا يرى اي اشارة الى ان بلدي كان الطابع اكتساب الخبرة.

Okay, gaining a level kinda got me excited so I tried to get a new mission but, unfortunately, my character can only do one mission a day. حسنا ، لكسب مستوى kinda حصلت لي بالاثاره حتى حاولت الحصول على بعثة جديدة ولكن ، لسوء الحظ ، لا يمكن الا ان طابع بلدي هل بعثة واحدة فى اليوم. That sucked because now, I have nothing to do. ذلك لأن امتصاص الآن ، انا لا علاقة لهم. I tried getting a job in one of the shops but my level was too low to even get an interview with the shop owner. حاولت الحصول على عمل في احد المحلات ولكن بلدي على مستوى منخفض جدا حتى على الحصول على مقابلة مع صاحب المتجر. I also tried to increase my speed by running around but that didn’t get me anywhere at all. كما انني حاولت زيادة السرعه عن طريق تشغيل بلدى فى جميع انحاء لكن ذلك لم احصل لي في اي مكان على الاطلاق. LOL! الضحك بصوت مرتفع!

Finally, I decided to end my first session of SocioTown. واخيرا ، قررت أن أنهي كلمتي الدورة الاولى للsociotown. I wasn’t able to do any socializing in the few minutes I stayed in SocioTown because of the fact that I was not able to meet any human players at all although I did meet a few NPCs (Non Player Characters) but I don’t think they count. لكنني لم اتمكن من القيام بأي التنشءه الاجتماعية في الدقائق القليلة التي بقيت في sociotown لان لكنني لم أتمكن من تلبية اي حقوق على جميع اللاعبين على الرغم من انني لم يجتمع عدد قليل من اللجان التحضيريه الوطنية (لاعب غير حرف) ولكنني لا اعتقد انها تعول. Besides, I’d rather socialize with human players than non-human players. وفضلا عن ذلك ، بل أنا مع حقوق الفاعله في المجتمع من غير اللاعبين. LOL! الضحك بصوت مرتفع!

For me, SocioTown is different, it’s not Second Life and it’s not your everyday MMORPG but I am quite sure that it’sa game, different but it’s still a game. بالنسبة لي ، sociotown مختلف ، انها ليست في الحياة الثانية وانها ليست mmorpg اليوميه الخاصة بك لكني متأكد انها لعبة it'sa ، أنها مختلفة ولكنها لا تزال لعبة.
