Did you know that Linden Labs is experimenting on a new way to control your Second Life avatar? Wussten Sie, dass Linden Labs ist das Experimentieren in einer neuen Weise zu kontrollieren Ihre Second Life Avatar? They are using what is called a 3D Webcam to interact and control an avatar inside the virtual world of Second Life. Sie sind mit so genannten 3D-Webcam zur Interaktion und zur Kontrolle ein Avatar in der virtuellen Welt von Second Life. Below is a YouTube video that demonstrates basic movement without the use of a mouse or a keyboard to control an avatar using this technology. Unten ist ein YouTube-Video zeigt, dass die grundlegenden Bewegung ohne den Einsatz einer Maus oder eine Tastatur zu steuern einen Avatar mit dieser Technologie.
I find this technology interesting and weird at the same time. Ich finde diese Technologie interessant und seltsam zugleich. Interesting because it’s something new and if it becomes available, I’m sure a lot of people will have fun using it. Interessant, weil es etwas Neues, und wenn es verfügbar wird, ich bin mir sicher, dass eine Menge Leute haben Spaß, es zu benutzen. Weird because you’ll be like standing infront of a camera doing all these various movements just to control an avatar. Weird, da werden Sie wie Stehen Vor einer Kamera tun all diese verschiedenen Bewegungen zu kontrollieren nur ein Avatar. Honestly, I find using a mouse and a keyboard much simpler and easier to do. Ehrlich gesagt, ich finde mit einer Maus und einer Tastatur viel einfacher und leichter zu tun.
Anyway, this project is still in development and this story, Linden Lab demos hands-free interface for Second Life , will tell you more about it. If I remember correctly, I think the Japanese are also researching Hands Free movement and control in Second Life using brain signals . Wenn ich mich richtig erinnere, ich denke, die Japaner sind auch die Erforschung Hands Freier und Kontrolle in Second Life mit Gehirn Signale.

Perhaps the Lindens might put their time to better use by ironing out the current crop of bugs in the new release client. Vielleicht ist der Lindens könnten ihre Zeit besser nutzen, indem Bügeln aus der aktuellen Ernte von Bugs in den neuen Release-Client.
Though I must admit this looks pretty exciting, wonder how much the 3D webcam is … Obwohl ich muss zugeben, dieser sieht ziemlich spannend, frage mich, wie viel die 3D-Webcam ist…

They like to busy themselves with other things but you must admit using that technology, if it ever becomes available, will kinda make you look a little bit weird and silly. Sie möchte damit beschäftigt, sich mit anderen Dingen, aber Sie müssen zugeben, mit, dass die Technologie, wenn es überhaupt zur Verfügung steht, wird kinda machen Sie sich ein wenig seltsam und albern. LOL!

It looks really cool, and can serve as a more “active” alternative to keyboard and mice. Es sieht wirklich cool aus, und können als eine "aktive" Alternative zu Tastatur und Maus. Who knows, maybe this could really enhance the Second Life experience? Wer weiß, vielleicht könnte dies wirklich stärken Das zweite Leben Erfahrungen?

Yeah, it looks kinda cool and it kinda makes you feel you are in there but I tried imagining myself doing those actions and it looks really weird specially if someone suddenly saw you like that. Ja, es sieht irgendwie cool und es macht kinda man sich als dort, aber ich versuchte mich zu imaginieren machen diese Aktionen und es sieht wirklich besonders seltsam, wenn jemand plötzlich sah, dass der dir gefällt. LOL!

perhaps this will have future ramifications for physically challenged individuals to be able to interact more easily within the virtual world. vielleicht wird dies Konsequenzen für die Zukunft körperlich behinderte Menschen zu interagieren können leichter in die virtuelle Welt.
at least, one can hope that such uses as these would be forthcoming from projects such as this one. Zumindest kann man hoffen, dass solche Anwendungen als würden diese von der anstehenden Projekte wie dieses.
