I tried to login into Second Life just now but an error message greeted me. He intentado iniciar sesión en Second Life sólo ahora, sino un mensaje de error me saludó.

The error message was “ Login Failed. El mensaje de error "Error de acceso. The inventory system is currently unavailable! ” Before I was only freezing but now I can’t login and reading through Second Life’s official blog it seems that I’m not the only one who experienced this error. El sistema de inventario está disponible en ese momento! "Antes era sólo la congelación, pero ahora no puedo login y la lectura a través de Second Life oficial del blog parece que no soy el único que con este error. Many residents are experiencing this login error and according to the blog that this error “is likely to last until tomorrow”!!! Muchos residentes están experimentando este error de inicio de sesión y de acuerdo con el blog que este error "es probable que durará hasta mañana"!

A few residents are saying that the problem is with the user or with the computer running the client and not Second Life. Algunos residentes dicen que el problema es con el usuario o con el equipo que ejecuta el cliente y no Second Life. Now, this is untrue because if it was true then why would Linden Labs post updates regarding these errors. Ahora, esto no es cierto porque si es cierto entonces ¿por qué Linden Labs puesto novedades de estos errores. There is a problem within the internal system of Second Life and they should find long term solutions for it and not short term ones. Hay un problema en el sistema interno de Second Life y deben encontrar soluciones a largo plazo para él y no a corto plazo. Informing the public about these errors or problems is one thing but actually fixing it is another. Informar al público acerca de estos errores o problemas es una cosa pero en realidad es la fijación de otro.

Every week we see the same problems and every week it get fixed only to happen again in another week. Cada semana vemos los mismos problemas y que cada semana se fija sólo a ocurrir de nuevo en otra semana.

Second Life is very lucky because there is no real competition for them and it could take a few more years before an actual competition emerges. Second Life es muy afortunada porque no hay competencia real para ellos y el proceso podría tardar algunos años más antes de una competencia real emerge. Right now, you either love it or leave it but I don’t think that’sa very good way to attract new residents. En este momento, ya sea el amor o déjalo, pero no creo que eso es muy buena manera de atraer nuevos residentes.

We all want Second Life to grow because as it grows, opportunities grows with it but with too many problems affecting logins, inventory, support, network failures, asset failures, etc. are not going to help it. I guess there’s nothing much anyone can do except wait it out and while I’m waiting I think I’ll have another crack at Final Fantasy VII … Supongo que no hay nada a nadie mucho que hacer excepto esperar a cabo y mientras estoy esperando, creo que tendremos otro crack en Final Fantasy VII…
