Struggling in Entropia

My life in Entropia Universe is a big struggle. You see, Entropia Universe is very different from other MMORPGs, in fact it’s almost like real life where you have to work for almost everything. Getting started in Entropia Universe without depositing is very hard but that is what I intend to do.My first few days in Entropia were all about discovering. Mainly, discovering how to exist, survive and eventually strive in Entropia. During this period, I spent a lot of my time gathering vibrant sweat and the PED I earned from sweating went into useless spending like buying a set of Settler Suit just to sell it again, buying a pistol only to sell it, buying a Vito medical kit only to sell it, buying a Killian sword only to re-auction it and other useless spending. Useless spending will get you nowhere in Entropia and I found that out the hard way.

I re-evaluated my progress and sad to say, I was back where I started. Well, I did gain a lot of skills from those things I did but I can’t really call it progress. I decided to go back to gathering vibrant sweat while I decide which path I should take in my Entropian life.

I decided to be a hunter and decided to use a rifle instead of a sword. I purchased a Sollomate Opalo from the Trade Terminal (TT) and a few clips of medium laser cells. My first hunting session got me a lot of good loots like 2 Pixie Harness (male and female), a pair of Goblin Gloves (M), a few FAP with different levels, a limited pistol (one you can’t repair), hundreds of Animail Oils, paints and a lot more.

I auctioned the 2 Pixie Harness, the FAPs and kept the other stuff for possible sale to other characters in Entropia. Overall, it was a good haul and it was a good decision on my part to focus on gathering vibrant sweat and hunting.

I will continue on doing what I am doing now and once I have enough PED then I might try crafting or mining in my struggle to exist, survive and strive in Entropia continues…

before i discovered SL i was hooked on playing project entropia….. i never made any profit whatsoever in like 4 months lol. i used to do sweating day and night and then sell them for a few peds, but then buying weapons/mining stuff, using them and geting nothing back! except costs to repair the bloody things!

imho nobody will ever make money like we do here in sl!
that game is made so that whatever u make, u end up putting it back in to carry on playing.

second life all the way, say bye to entropia *waves*

Making money in Entropia is hard. I was sweating all day and it’s frustrating too. I tried to hunt but everything was spent on ammunition and when it’s all used up I’ll go back sweating. Arrghh!

I am currently pretty hooked on playing Entropia, and you might say that it’s going pretty well. I see and do understand the money issiue daveyboy posted, but am I still sweating and trying to survive this virtual world, for now.

hi guys!,I just survive within 6 months of playing entropia and maybe im the only one filipino left there. Still looking for filipino companions.. just hit a 23k ped hof and just withdrew half of it.. For now,im just enjoying and making some peds by trading.Doing some mines and hitted global everyday.Some hof every week.Sa mga Pinoy dyan im willing to help you out by giving some advices and mentoring you in the game.Nasa Port Atlantis lang ako minsan..mga Tanghali sa atin or Gabi..Hope for more members.. I’ll just go for the glory of this Game..Peaceout!

Hello, It’s good to know there are pinoys like me playing entropia.. Its my 5th day playing the game… but I think I am going to stick to entropia.. nagustuhan ko ang premise ng game and overall okay talaga… Im still sweating my ass off in Port Atlantis Swamp camp thats where I hangout most of the time… gusto ko rin makipag socialize sa mga kababayan ko rito sa entropia.. Im logged in almost everyday from morning to late evening… heheh pangit pakinggan no.. my job is in the internet so I can’t avoid it.. im online everyday… anyway Mga Pinoy magkitakits tayo ha… Gud Luck
