This week, I had the chance to visit mikeD Streeter’s latest Role Play region/sim in Second Life, the land called Samurai Japan . Esta semana, tive a oportunidade de visitar mikeD Streeter's Play região últimas Papel / SIM no Second Life, a terra chamado Samurai Japão. Obviously, Samurai Japan is a region greatly inspired by ancient Japan , although, I’m not particularly sure what time period was it actually based on but I can safely say that it’s based on a  very old Japan. Obviamente, Samurai Japão é uma região fortemente inspirada pelo antigo Japão, embora, eu não estou particularmente certo período de tempo aquilo que ele realmente era baseada na mas posso afirmar que ele é baseado em um computador muito antigo Japão. You know, that period in time when Samurais and Ninjas exist, where people live and die by the sword and where code and honor is above everything else. Você sabe, esse período de tempo quando Samurais e Ninjas existe, onde as pessoas vivem e morrem pela espada e que o código ea honra está acima tudo o resto.

I learned about Samurai Japan from a group announcement sent through The Roman Empire group (SL Roman Empire) which is also a owned by mikeD Streeter . Today, I spent a few minutes at The Roman Empire region in Second Life to take a few video clips of the on-going Gladiator Fights . Hoje, eu passei a poucos minutos da região no Império Romano Segunda Vida de ter alguns videoclipes da Gladiator Combates em curso. I used the video clips I took of the fight to create a simple music video which I then submitted to Koinup as an entry to their 1st. Well, the video featured the Gladiators of Rome and the on-going Gladiator Fights . Pois bem, o vídeo mostrava as gladiadores de Roma e da Gladiator Combates em curso. I also took clips of the Cage Match but the cage didn’t fully rezzed which caused it to look really terrible so I didn’t put that in the video. A few weeks back the great Emperor of Rome issued a challenge. A poucas semanas de volta o grande imperador de Roma emitiu um desafio. Anyone who dared to fight him and win will be rewarded greatly (100L$ to 1,000L$). Qualquer pessoa que se atreveu a lutar e vencer ele será recompensado grandemente (100l a 1000L $ $). I was not there to witness it but today the great emperor himself sent me photos of what had transpired. The lovely Venus of Rome, PhillipaKate Beresford, was very kind enough to take me around The Roman Empire . A linda Vênus de Roma, PhillipaKate Beresford, foi muito a amabilidade de me ter ao redor do Império Romano. I went there to witness the Gladiator Fights but ended up touring the city with a lovely lady. Fui lá para testemunhar a Gladiator Combates mas acabou por passeios pela cidade com uma bela dama. I’m no historian but we all know that Rome is not just home to a mighty empire but it is also a magnificent city and during its time, flourished with wisdom, knowledge, culture, literature and art. Não sou historiadora, mas todos sabemos que Roma não é apenas uma casa para o poderoso império, mas também é uma magnífica cidade, e durante o seu tempo, floresceu com sabedoria, conhecimento, da cultura, da literatura e da arte.

As promised, I made a simple video of the Gladiator Fights that I’ve witnessed at The Roman Empire . The video is more than 4 minutes long and it contains video clips of some of the fights and some of the Gladiators.
