Yesterday, I was treated to a very RARE sighting (and NO, I’m not talking about UFO sighting, LOL) in Second Life. I was at sionLabs checking out the sionChicken vendors when a figure named Matthew Linden appeared infront of me. At first I thought I was just seeing things but after zooming in and checking him out better I confirmed that he was indeed a Linden.

It was the second time I’ve seen a Linden in Second Life. The first Linden I saw (and even met) was Harmony Linden. A day after Valentines Day, I received a special gift from First Opinions Panel in the amount of 1,500 L$. Well, it’s not really a gift. It’s payment for referring 15 new members to First Opinions Panel. Two days before Valentines Day I received 800 L$ from for the same reason for a total of 2,300 L$. I haven’t received any new paying surveys from them but I still continue to earn from them through referrals.

First Opinions Panel is a great source of earning Linden Dollars for your Second Life. For those not familiar to First Opinions Panel, it is a survey/research group in Second Life and it pays residents for answering surveys. To participate, you must first become a member and you can do that by signing-up here. Members are paid 500L$, even more, per survey. Unfortunately for me, I don’t get that many survey invites. It must be because my profile doesn’t match any of their clients survey requirements but that doesn’t stop me from earning Linden Dollars from them.

Wow! After this blog was defaced by some people you’d think everything will be fine afterwards, right? NOOOOO!!! Today, I received an e-mail from Linden Labs informing me that my Rom Ireton account was suspended for disturbing the peace at LiaisonLand.
