Today, Earn2Life launched their first ever In-World Referral Contest. the contest started at exactly 00:00 GMT and will end on 23:59 GMT which means the contest spans only 24 hours and it will only be good today.

The contest is In-World only and will make use of the Earn2Life.com HUD which means members must refer new members to Earn2Life by giving them a copy of their Earn2Life.com HUD.

A day after Valentines Day, I received a special gift from First Opinions Panel in the amount of 1,500 L$. Well, it’s not really a gift. It’s payment for referring 15 new members to First Opinions Panel. Two days before Valentines Day I received 800 L$ from for the same reason for a total of 2,300 L$. I haven’t received any new paying surveys from them but I still continue to earn from them through referrals.

First Opinions Panel is a great source of earning Linden Dollars for your Second Life. For those not familiar to First Opinions Panel, it is a survey/research group in Second Life and it pays residents for answering surveys. To participate, you must first become a member and you can do that by signing-up here. Members are paid 500L$, even more, per survey. Unfortunately for me, I don’t get that many survey invites. It must be because my profile doesn’t match any of their clients survey requirements but that doesn’t stop me from earning Linden Dollars from them.

The latest issue of HodgePodge Magazine is out and in this issue there is a section titled “Avatars Who Care”. I blogged about it last November, 2007 and I kinda read it the wrong way too. LOL!

A brief info of what “Avatars Who Care” is, it’s about recognizing those avatars who had contributed to some extent in various fields like business, fashion, arts, etc. It’s supposed to be published in the December issue of HodgePodge but it was moved to January. Anyway, I was at my place when I noticed that the vendor Isadora sent through the Filipino group wasn’t working. Checking past group notices, I found out that she sent a working replacement so, I took that and replaced the non-working vendor. Of course, I took a copy and besides it’s FREE!
