The Spartan Empire’s Mythology

Previously, I mentioned at Sparta @ The Spartan Empire that the sim, The Spartan Empire, is home to both Sparta and Mythology, right? Well, now we will take a look at Mythology.

Mythology is the other half of The Spartan Empire. I’m not so sure to what mythology the place was based on but I guess it’s safe to assume that it was based on Greek Mythology and just like Sparta and The Roman Empire, the landing point is just near the Market area. I use the term market to describe the location because there weren’t any malls back in those times. The market area of mythology is much smaller than Sparta and The Roman Empire. There is also a dead tree at the center of it. I wonder what’s that for?

Sparta @ The Spartan Empire

Today I visited Sparta at The Spartan Empire sim. The sim is also owned by mikeD Streeter who is also the owner of The Roman Empire. The Spartan Empire sim is home to Sparta and Mythology but for this post I will be going through Sparta only.

I’ve heard about Sparta some days ago but I was too busy with real life to check it out until now. I teleported to Sparta using a landmark which I got from a group notice. The landing point was just outside the city. You won’t miss the entrance because there’s an image with a photo of a Spartan from the movie 300 just beside it. Reperes Second Life

Here is another Research Company you can join in Second Life to earn more L$ and it’s name is Reperes-Second Life. I found this company while I was flying around various Sims. I bumped into this big rectangular box and when I look inside there was a big Reperes-Second Life Sign. My guess is that the land owner or owners around the sign boxed it so that it wouldn’t be an eyesore or something. :) Anyway, I visited Reperes-Second Life Headquarters and below is a simple video tour of the place. I hope you all like it. [...continue reading Reperes Second Life]
