Recently, Earn2Life launched there very first Photo Contest in Second Life entitled “Live Nature of the Digital World.” The contest is open to all Earn2Life members so if you are not yet a member of Earn2Life then now is a good time to join.

Here is another big bucks of a contest from Koinup but this time they’re looking for Second Life photos captured in Windlight.

For those who still doesn’t know or who are still using an old viewer, the latest Second Life viewer now comes with Windlight. Yes, it’s no longer in First Look. It is now standard to the current and future viewers. I first learned about this from Shay Daviau of Samurai Japan. You see, I’m one of those who doesn’t like to update their viewers often. LOL!

I haven’t been active as Kabalyero Kidd in The Roman Empire region because I’ve been very busy with my real life work but The Roman Empire region in Second Life is still one of my favorite place in-world. What I really like about The Roman Empire region are the people and of course the fights. Here, I’ve collected all of the snapshots I took at The Roman Empire and uploaded them for everyone to see and to free my hard drive of some much needed space. Today I visited some sims around Scaramanga. Scaramanga is the name of the sim where my home is located. Using the map, I searched for sims near Scaramanga that have some people in it. I then teleported in after picking my destination by clicking on the Map. During my sim hopping, 2 places took my attention and they were located at Gunther and Xoanon.

At Xoanon, Luna Animations have a camping bench just outside the shop. The camping bench sits 3 people but there were 5 people on it. In Grunther, the same situation was also present. They too have a camping bench that sits 3 people but there were 3 more people standing by near it. (see photos)

SLASH! is currently holding a 50,000L$ Model Contest. I learned about it from mikaela Yifu who contacted me about it. I then went to SLASH! main store at SLASH to learn more about the contest. The place was a little bit laggy but after waiting a while the immediate area finally rezzed and information about the contest was everywhere. A big board showing the Top 20 entries is near the landing point.
