Once I had this problem with Ghost Prims at the land I’m renting at Scaramanga. I informed my land lord, Richard Palace, and told him about it. As always, Richard responded immediately and had the Sim reset but still those invisible objects remain. I teleported him to my place and showed them where they are. Both of us tried very hard to figure it out until Richard decided to seek some help from the Lindens. I’ve heard stories that the Lindens are hard to find or slow in providing assistance but this was not the case here.
