The regions under RPG Empires will be featuring a new Role Play/Combat event called The Relic Wars and it will be participated in by The Roman Empire, The Spartan Empire, The Egyptian Empire and Nordhaven.
The Relic Wars is a series of battles between participating regions to control or capture the relics owned by the other regions. If you are familiar with most FPS (First Person Shooter) games then you’ll notice that it’s like playing Capture The Flag but instead of a flag you’ll get to capture a relic. Below are the Rules of the game. (more…)

RPG Empires continues to grow as new regions are added regularly. One of RPG Empires latest region is the [Egyptian Empire].
The [Egyptian Empire] is, obviously, based on and inspired by Ancient Egypt. We all know that once, like The Roman Empire, Egypt was a mighty empire ruled by a Pharoah who was adored and almost worshiped like a God by his people.
Ancient Egypt contributed to the world their knowledge and understanding in the fields of medicine, astronomy, mathematics, architecture, engineering and the arts. They also gave us the Pyramids, Sphinx and others. Unfortunately, this once mighty empire is no more. It is true that Egypt still exists today but modern day Egypt is just a mere shadow of its former splendor and magnificence. LOL! (more…)

RPG Empires in Second Life is composed of The Roman Empire, The Spartan Empire, Samurai Japan, Medieval England (still being built) and its accompanying surrounding regions. If I counted correctly, it is made up of 12 regions all dedicated to Role Playing.
New to RPG Empires is the opening of its own Orientation Island. This island is all about helping newcomers understand what RPG Empires is all about. Information about the current empires can be obtained here and there are friendly volunteers who will assist and help anyone who needs it. So, don’t hesitate to ask them any questions about RPG Empires. (more…)

This week, I had the chance to visit mikeD Streeter’s latest Role Play region/sim in Second Life, the land called Samurai Japan. Obviously, Samurai Japan is a region greatly inspired by ancient Japan, although, I’m not particularly sure what time period was it actually based on but I can safely say that it’s based on a very old Japan. You know, that period in time when Samurais and Ninjas exist, where people live and die by the sword and where code and honor is above everything else.
I learned about Samurai Japan from a group announcement sent through The Roman Empire group (SL Roman Empire) which is also a owned by mikeD Streeter. The group notice contained a landmark that took me to Samurai Japan. (more…)
