Yesterday, I was treated to a very RARE sighting (and NO, I’m not talking about UFO sighting, LOL) in Second Life. I was at sionLabs checking out the sionChicken vendors when a figure named Matthew Linden appeared infront of me. At first I thought I was just seeing things but after zooming in and checking him out better I confirmed that he was indeed a Linden.
It was the second time I’ve seen a Linden in Second Life. The first Linden I saw (and even met) was Harmony Linden. He/she helped us with some problems with Ghost Prims (at least we thought they were Ghost Prims, LOL) about 2 years ago. (more…)
OMG! Just a few minutes ago I received an IM (instant message) from Nettle Blackthorne. She is the Estate Owner of the sim I purchased/rented land on. She said that she will evict me because the shouting is disturbing her other tenants and, in an instant, all my objects were returned to me.

I spent a moment to think what could be doing all the shouting that’s when I realized that the contest board was running and it was the one doing the shouting. OMG! It wasn’t really a big problem because turning off the board announcement was just one or two clicks away but, unfortunately, I never got the time to turn it off. Why was it turn on in the first place? It’s the contest board’s default setting and because the area was big the announcement must reach a wide area to inform those participants who may be a little far away from it. (more…)
Someone comment spammed something about vLife with a link to where to download it. According to the spam comment vLife is a Second Life viewer with the following features:
This was posted by someone named ac1d of i4lolz.com (IP: 85.139.202.62). Curious, I checked out the link, downloaded the file and after scanning it I found out that it is infected with a Trojan Horse Virus. (more…)
Checked my metaRL.com account today and the amount of metaPoints I have earned surprised me. I now have 11720 metaPoints in my metaRL account. Approximately, 11720 metaPoints would be around 2930 L$ if I withdraw it right now (which I did). Not bad for doing almost absolutely nothing. LOL!

metaRL.com is an easy way to earn Linden Dollars for your Second Life. It doesn’t mean you’ll get rich quick by doing it but at least you make enough to spend in-world. There are lots of easy ways of earning Linden Dollars in Second Life and metaRL.com is just one of them.
