Remember my post about Samurai Japan? You know, mikeD Streeter’s newest RP (Role Play) Sim which is also part of what is now known in Second Life as the RPG Empire. Well, the good Emperor of Samurai Japan kinda gave me a cool title which is “Scribe of Japan”. LOL!
Anyway, I’ve recently created a few items that might help those new to Samurai Japan get started. The items I created are not Super Duper Mega Complex like those you’ll see from the more active members of the empire but I think they’re good enough to get newbies to the region started. One definition of God is, “the creator of all things or the creator of the Universe”. In Second Life, I guess we can call someone who created his own universe (multiple regions) a God, right? Well, at least that’s how I would like to term it in this post.
A few days ago, the creator and owner of the following regions; The Roman Empire, The Spartan Empire and Samurai Japan (there are others more); mikeD Streeter, sent me an unexpected message. In his message, he was asking me if I still need land. It was very unexpected indeed. [...continue reading Gift from a God!]

Yesterday, I found my little and very humble place in Second Life GONE! For no apparent reason (if there was any then I surely didn’t know about it), all my objects were returned to me. I asked Richard Palace about it by sending him an instant message which, unfortunately, he did not receive but, at least, now he knows about it.
Anyway, complaining (I’m not really complaining) about it will not return my objects back to their original places, so I spent a few hours today returning (almost) everything back to where they were before. Well, not exactly to where they were. You see, I kinda did a little rearranging of the place and I also removed some objects which I don’t really need and brought back the nature look. Today Hilton Harpoon announced at SLExchange’s Forum that he will give the first 50 people who posted a gift. The gift was his HRN Teleport HUD which has a tag prize of 999L$. A simple instruction on how to request a gift was also posted and I’m lucky enough to be the very first member to post a request.

A few days ago I tried my hands on doing some cutouts. Cutouts are images, pictures or photos that were carefully and cleanly (at least some are) cut around its edge, uploaded as a texture and placed on a prim. They are mainly used as decorations. I got the idea from AlphaQ Kidd who used to have a vendor at 3 Stars and a Sun. [...continue reading Cutouts]
