Correct me if I’m wrong but I personally believe that shopping is one of the more popular activities in Second Life. I always encounter people talking about shopping for new hair, new skin, new shoes, new clothes, new homes and other items. Like in one occasion, I met a few people at my place and we had a little chat when suddenly one of them asked the other for a landmark to an avatar shop. Afterwards they all left and went shopping for demo hairs.

Well, I do a little shopping myself but most of the time I do my shopping for Second Life items online through SLExchange and sometimes in Shop.OnRez. I find shopping for Second Life items through these websites easier and faster because they have an accurate search feature which makes searching for the item you need or want easy.
