I just received a very sad group notice from Higbee Protagonist of VPRS (Virtual Parks and Recreation Service). It seems that they have decided to close down VPRS. It’s sad because VPRS is like one of the few remaining pioneers in Second Life.

Checking my E-mail assigned to Second Life today, I received an IM from Higbee Protagonist, of VPRS, informing me that my Kiosk has won the contest and from Benoit Lumiere who awarded me the 5,000L$ prize. A group message was also sent announcing the winner of the contest.

The voting for Virtual Parks and Recreational Service’s “Kiosk Kontest” is now open. The entries are displayed at West Helsen (10, 178, 50). My entry is the one that looks like a chopping board. LOL!
