I recently downloaded and installed Safari1 for Windows and I must say that I really like the way how it displays text. Although Windows can be set to display anti-aliased normal text but it’s not the same with Safari. Safari displays text smoothly. It’s almost like the text were graphics and not normal text.

I know very little about Safari but I do know that it’s Apple’s premier web browser and that it uses Konqueror’s2 rendering engine.
Although I have Safari installed and I do love how it displays text but still Firefox is my main web browser. If Safari becomes as good as Firefox then maybe I’ll switch to it and make it my main web browser. Right now, Firefox got all these cool plugins that I just cannot surf or browse without.
