Recently, I haven't played Voyage Century Online that much but I still do login regularly just to do some Guild Tasks specially Industry Guild Tasks.

Voyage Century Online guilds and players tend to overlook or do not do any Industry Guild Tasks maybe thinking it's not important because the guild does not need any industry points to level. They're wrong!

By doing industry guild tasks your guild gains industry points. Now, these industry points are needed to develop your guilds military capabilities. A guild with a highly developed or even maxed out military is almost unstoppable in Guild Wars.

Cannons! Cannons!

To do a guild tasks, I would go inside the Guild HQ through the Guild Manager and ran to the Industry Minister. Talking to the Industry Minister, I would always choose Cannon Collect Level 1 for my task. Why? Level 1 Cannons are much, much cheaper. It isn't fast but it's cheap. It's so cheap that even newbies can help the guild by doing Level 1 Cannon Collect Industry Task. Also, cannons weigh lighter than other goods. You can collect as much as your ship can carry and then submit at once.

Industry guild tasks are different from commercial guild tasks because unlike commercial tasks, you can buy the goods needed even before you accept the tasks from the NPC.

My ship can load 315 cannons so I buy 315 level 1 cannons from the Shipyard Boss then submit them to the Industry Minister over and over and over until I've submitted them all. Once I've submitted every cannon, I'll go back and repeat the process. It's a finger numbing process because your going to do a lot of clicking.

If you don't want to click that much and you have a lot of silver in your pocket you can always buy higher level cannons and do a higher level industry task. It will save you a lot of time and a lot of clicking but since I don't have a lot of silver I just opted to do a lot of clicking.

Another way is to go into a Battlefield, sink pirate ships and then loot their drops. They will eventually drop some cannons which you can collect. Collecting cannons in Battlefields is a much longer process but since you are fighting your Sea Battle skill will gain experience and might even level up.

The industry task of cannon collecting, I think, is the fastest and cheapest way to increase your industry points and once you have enough industry points use them to acquire more barbettes, defenders, barbette durability, etc

Get industry points to develop military and be ready for WAR.
